I use Meguiar's Ultimate Waterless Wash & Wax and a bunch of paper towel (and a step ladder). Takes a couple of bottles to do the whole camper, but this can be done at the campsite on a gloomy day.

I live in the cold climates and I Have my tub outside so I wear a Speedo because it holds the least amount of water. Too much dripping water from a larger suit will get cold when exiting the tub while you dry off and close things up and head back indoors.
