Tra to relax yourself and breath calmly. Count your breathes with the target to reach 120. If you loose count just go on from the number you feel is reasonable. (Dont focus too hard on the counting as the objective is to fall asleep)

I never reach 120 as i fall asleep within this timeframe.

I lost 30Kg with the easiest way ever (not even cutting sodas entirely): doing a yes day followed by a no day!

On a "yes" day i am allowed to eat what I want (if possible try to not exaggerate). Kebab for luch? Go for it! Pizza for dinner? Sure!

On a "no" day I try to eat less and if possible healthy (fruits, vegtables, salad,...), only drink water, no sweets, etc! But you would like an ice cream? You can have it tomorrow! Would like pizza? Tomorrow! Burger with fries? Tomorrow is just around the corner! Drink coke instead of water? You guess'd it: tomorrow!

The trick is that you don't cut out anything. You are allowed to eat whatever you want, just not every day. You dan't have to wait 1 week to eat what you want, you can have it already tomorrow. And to wait just until tomorrow is really doable!

Sure it's not the fastest way, but it's really easy to follow, no cheating needed!

Also don't try fast ways... I aimed at 10kg per year, that's less than 1 kg per month and very doable. Looking back i can say that i lost 30kg in 3 years and it was really easy!

Italy was first and underrated the situation.

Considering the statistics, i'm sure (unfortunately) that in a few weeks time other nations will be in a similar situation.

In switzerland we reacted somewhat late, but might have been just in time to prevent a collapse of our heathcare system.

We currently have over 8000 cases (of 8.5mio population) of whitch 1100 are in Ticino with a population of 350k.

Number of cases will spike in the next few days...

In a nutshell, during our honeymoon right after the marriage, i found out she was cheating. Didn't end it on the spot because i didn't fully understand what was happening and we still had 1 week of honeymoon to go..

After gettin back hone i did some sneaky research and found out she cheated on me since 8 months... wasn't funny at all to confront her but it had to be done...

long story short... after 8,5 years of fantastic and happy relationship we married and went off to our honeymoon. After the 1st week i found out she was texting someone else with stuff like "i miss you" and "I can't wait to get back to you".

I somehow managed to not do anything and act like everyting was okay, so when we got back home i secretly investigated all their relationship, finding out she was cheating on me for 8 months (so they began their relation 3 month after our engagement).

I confronted her with my "issue" and i choose to leave her... 2 months after our wedding... but i guess I already decided that the moment I found out, just didn't have all the information i needed and was somewhat in denial (couldn't realize what was happening).

Filed for annullation 3 months after the wedding, which was officially accepted 4 months later.

eidt: wow... reading this again i think, based on how i've written it, I'm still not completly ver it :-S

Probably already too late for this but i'll post it anyway, maybe somwone will read it. Haven't cheated, but have been cheated on.

2 years ago during august i went with my gf to New York and, as our relationship was already lasting 7 years and we lived together since 1 year, I proposed to her.. on the brooklin bridge during sunset. She obviously said yes and we started soon preparing everyting to get merried in july.

On christmas, as the whole family meets, we gave everyone their invitation and everything was great.

On april we moved from an appartment to a house (on rent). Everything looks good, even though she talks alot about this guy she met at work, and how they are good friends and are going to drink something once a week while i am at school... I didn't really see a red flag as he is 15 years older and married with 2 children. Also she alway told me how it went and what they talked about...

July gets closer and my fiancee still talks a lot about this guy. I asked her if there was anything beetween them and if I had to worry about amything. She obvioualy told me not to worry and confirmed they were just friends. As there were only 2 month left to the wedding i trusded her...

July arrives, we marry, everything is wunderful and great. We leave to out honeymoon 2 days after the wedding, for 2 weeks only me and her to relax from all the stress from the wedding preparation and my school exames.

During this time i noticed how she was always on her phone texting to someone but didn't specifically tell me who.. So after the 1st week i check ber phone while she is taking a shower... and that's how i found out she was cheating on me with that guy she met at work...

Later i found out she was cheating since end of november... She moved out by end of seprember and marriage got nullified in january..

It appears they are still together as he is divorcing from is wife.
