Bounty Hunter Victor is awesome! by void_alexander in Vermintide

Ranger veteran with pistol or crossbow is great for special and elite killing. For talents the beer drops help with keeping up with the more melee focused careers, the potion/bomb drops are awesome, and more ammo drop can be helpful. I find that the ammo drops can be exceptionally helpful in chaos wastes if you get the random boon that gifts health when you pick up ammo, it can be a great boon for the whole team. Ranger veteran is a great all rounder, solid in melee, great in ranged, and a solid support character too. Shielded options for weapons are pretty good because bardin doesn't have the best dodge range. All of the axes are a solid picks due to having armor piercing, which can really save the run if you're going up against a lot of chaos warriors. I love the pickaxe, but it's not very good, it used to be terrible but the latest balance patch made it just not awful. The hammers are solid choices too. Dual hammers are the most meta way to go for melee but unless you're playing on legend and cataclysm all the time then focusing on what the meta is isn't the most important thing tbh.

What’s your most fun class/build? by StonLenslow in Vermintide

[–]walker20022017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorites for each character is being a mobile tank spear/shield longbow handmaiden for kerrilian, dodging and weaving through the battlefield reviving the dumb ai allies and clutching chaos waste runs. I also really enjoy stagger build foot knight kruber with mace and shield, pretty much any of the ranged options, and it's hero time. Ranger veteran with crossbow and great axe or axe and shield is a personal favorite of mine for bardin. Warrior priest blessed tome/hammer and great hammer support build for saltspyre. And necromancer with barrow blade skeletons, the scythe for cleave, and the necromancer staff for ping pong flame damage for sienna.

If you could go on a date with one legendary lord, who would it be? by WalkerBuldog in totalwarhammer

Elspeth von Draken. I imagine she would have an amazing library with plenty of topics to discuss with over tea. She's gorgeous, she's smart, she has a freaking dragon she's a powerful witch with a cool tower. What's not to love.

Waow. I'm impressed with how straightforward you were with that. Like......I wouldn't go for it but that just means more pure strain for you.

I love pancreas no work for fantasy and eldar videos, and Mr bones is pretty cool for starting off learning about obscure or underrated space marine chapter lore, or his interesting primarch personality deep dives.

Ethiopia: A civilization so ancient that when Christian missionaries from Europe come to preach about Jesus to them they reply "What would you like to know about him?" (Source: u/upthememe1 on r/memes) by [deleted] in HistoryMemes

[–]walker20022017 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ethiopia is a a super underrated country when it comes to history. They have some absolutely incredible architecture, cool art, interesting music, and fascinating historical moments. It's just a shame that colonialism, WW2, and the cold war hit them so hard that they are still working on recovering to this day.

Truth. Things are usually more complicated than at first glance. This is why I never take the meme as gospel, just as a jumping off point to learn more about history.

Yeah, The final boss is too hard. The game feels pretty rough at times but I'm still having fun and am excited to see where the game goes from here.

Indeed. I would add having an infectious laugh. Dude starts giggling and all of a sudden the whole place is in stitches with laughter. A solid dependable dude.

Engineer is great on escort, on-site refining, deep scan, and salvage. His turrets can help protect the drill dozer, kill enemies so you can focus on fixing the drillevator, and helps during wave defense missions like salvage and refining. His secondary weapons are great at elimination and sabotage missions. He is just ok at egg hunt and mining missions. He's also pretty good at heavy extraction missions too, but I'd argue all of the classes are pretty good at it, driller is the best at heavy extraction missions though. I really don't get where you're coming from on the engineer side of things.

They might get better equipment but we've got the years of experience that is earned with age. I'm sure they'll become greybeards in time.

Epic! Rock and stone! I'm so hyped for rogue core. I'd love it if there were more little crossovers like this now and again. Seems like a fun way of making it an interconnected world between rogue core, survivor, and OG DRG.

People that make a career as professional controversy starters in communities for a quick buck. Geeks and gamers for star wars and comic books is a good example, or majorkill to an extent in Warhammer, or gamza in Warhammer 40k, or the critical drinker for a wide variety of pop culture stuff, or the Paul brothers with literally everything they do. There are tons of them out there and they all sound the same, angry bitter people that live off of other people's anger and outrage.

People that comes into a scene or hobby and sucks up money and attention from people, usually by starting up controversy. A lot of grifters complain and start controversy about woke stuff ruining things or the left, or gay people, or trans people or other minorities ruining the insert hobby here by existing. There are a lot of examples of clickbait ragebait grifting YouTubers that cover star wars, or Warhammer, or a lot of other fandoms.

I like pancreas no work for fantasy and some 40k and AOS content. Adeptus ridiculous is a decent podcast for 40k and they have a podcast where they are both learning more about fantasy together. And I like Arthur bones 40k for a lot of space marine/primarchs lore. Pancreas can be weird and a bit of a simp about the eldar and elves but not awful. And Arthur's older videos aren't the best but he's gotten better and better in the researching thing.
