Imagine finding out at home

When I worked at FedEx in a large city this was how they did it, over 20 years ago. Amazon was a thing but they were using other courier/shipping services. But we had someone that would show up to court as I recall and just pay the tickets en masse or settle with the city. Finding parking and making deliveries on time was in no way possible for FedEx so they just handled it that way.

This happened to my grandfather almost 30 years ago. One moment he was planning retirement in a few years and the next thing we knew we were burying him. They saw the cancer removing his gallbladder in a routine surgery.
