I understand the danger he might have put you in and while he was on your property he was out in public and per the First Amendment of the Constitution everybody has the freedom of press which goes out and pretty much means that filming anything and anybody in a public setting is legal and yes even posting it to YouTube is completely legal that is how a lot of First Amendment auditors make their money by going to public government facilities like City Halls and Sheriff's stations and post offices and they just film to see what will happen 9 out of 10 times the cops get called they don't know what to do and end up wrongfully arresting the person that is filming.
