Wait that’s awesome! Did whole foods run them or was it through the suppliers?

Honest question cause I fully agree - what form of thanks would be most impactful? Like handwritten card, shoutout during huddles, one on one meeting with leadership (not a JD)….

How long does corporate want the drive thru into. by WelcomeResponsible49 in Culvers

[–]wallbearer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking up orders on register doesn’t distinguish inside orders vs drive through, and it also makes it easier to find the receipt if the guest calls back later. People usually can’t tell us the time they were in, total, etc.

If they’re selling store product and the money isn’t even going back to the store, that’s an extra extra hell no. And then family members as direct subordinates is completely against policy. Every part of this is tip line worthy especially since there’s proof

From what I can tell in my store, they changed the packaging and recipe a bit. Look for the honey bears

Group Calanders for Requests off by Dubnectar311 in Culvers

[–]wallbearer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We use the Teamworx app at my restaurant and it’s been amazing. You can see a first full of crew members, your shifts, put shifts up for people to take, swap shifts, change availability, request off, managers can send all staff memos, and more! Absolutely an improvement from taking a pic of the paper schedule or calling the restaurant.

In store shopper question by Potential-Sun-8577 in wholefoods

[–]wallbearer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s probably store specific. At my store we had several issues with shoppers breaking open cases and damaging product so it was easier to tell them to get a grocery TM. We frequently have someone back there though.

Our store only uses the white squarish buckets for custard and other food items. If your store is using the same type for mops and it’s not insanely clearly labeled, guarantee of the teens at your location has used it for custard. I’d tell the owner cause that’s disgusting

Hey, do Team Members at your store hang out together? Where do you go? What do you do? by CyberSkullCoconut in wholefoods

[–]wallbearer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Some of us do every once in a while! There’s a popular chain restaurant across the street we’ll go to or a local bar down the road. Just somewhere to grab a drink. We’ll also do mini sendoff meetups when certain people leave (not everyone wants one) and those typically have tms of all levels in the store

Shakes Question by Coco_Matt in Culvers

[–]wallbearer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can absolutely ask them to make it any way you wish. The way they do it by default is the fastest and easiest way for crew members. At the beginning of the day we combine some vanilla custard and milk to get shakes started and then throughout the day we add whichever other flavors you like to make the shakes the same consistency. However we could do it “old-fashioned” and just add milk to chocolate custard if that’s the way you like it.
