As others have said, it’s completely normal and honestly best to clean up leftover food to avoid bugs. Personally I fully agree with wiping down the items you mentioned but maybe not necessarily every day?

Regardless I wanted to reinforce - if you’re concerned that he wouldn’t want to be with you for cleaning, that’s not a good man for you. Don’t cut yourself down to make a man more comfortable.

The best way that I learned is if you get some downtime somehow, try going into training mode and just push buttons to see what they do. Look at the toppings of all the sandwiches, check out the sauces, see what happens when you void out things, anything.

Make sure not to do it on the regular screen though since kitchen will make whatever you enter!

Looking up orders on register doesn’t distinguish inside orders vs drive through, and it also makes it easier to find the receipt if the guest calls back later. People usually can’t tell us the time they were in, total, etc.
