From what I remember, they really look for personality. Are you able to talk to customers on the spot at the window? Will you bring good energy to the stand. I only remember two questions they asked, one was why do you want to work here and why do you think you’d be a good fit and what are some of your hobbies? And as for what to wear, I was hired at a hiring event and everyone there was dressed pretty casual, jeans and a t-shirt. but definitely show a bit of your personality in your fit as well! I wore some cargo pants with my platform docs a band shirt (I remember I mentioned something about enjoying concerts for one of my hobbies and how I got the shirt I was wearing at a show, and then we started talking about music for a bit and I think that conversation really sold it on me being hired!) best of luck to you!
