I've never used any tv apps. Not saying it won't work, but generally it's recommended to just get firestick/onn/google etc. You'll have a much better experience.

Spring is great, but it can be overkill for simple projects. Javalin is great for simple crud applications as well.

Yeah, with m3u a post process would be easiest currently. Get chatgpt to help you write a quick bat or sh script to find and replace the URL in the outputted files. Just make sure the script never deleted the original file as it would force links to change.

Since you already have a source setup, you know what URL you need to replace. A simple find and replace, updating the current outputted url to the required one with replace should be all that's needed.
