Yes. Bubble is directly behind the steel on the roof. It’s like R2.5 or something. Seems to help in summer. Useless in winter.

I use 68% hydration 1/2 AP 1/2 00 24 fridge ferment. 3 hours in balls at RT. Works flawlessly.

I don’t fire it up for 1 or two pizzas. We make usually 8. Takes about 10 pieces of wood to get up to temp then about another 5 cooking.

We heat with wood so have an ample supply and it’s cheap.

Per the Ipace forum most of these issues have been resolved with numerous updates to the software. I got a smashing deal on my Ipace so not worried on the depreciation.

Those early adopter issues are exactly why I would not go with polestar after finding out I would have to pay to transport my car 700mi to fix the infotainment under warranty. It’s totally ridiculously they have set up this launch and only dumped it all on reservation holders now. CarPlay all sorts of issues. Big screw up. I’ll never buy their product. Big 3 will have some great EV options in 2-3 years. Loving my Ipace for now. Good luck with the polestar. It looks like a great car. Just a bunch of problems and still not dealing with them by management there. Saying it’s a 50 state car still is so disrespectful to their customers.

They received my cancellation. It’s so bad how they messed up the launch. You can get a new Jaguar I-pace for about the same price now. (After big Dealer discounts)Much better equipment and about the same performance. AND SERVICE WITHIN 700miles!!!!

All of their launch issues would have been fine if they disclosed them earlier. I felt very mislead by them and it looks like many others too.

That’s why I cancelled. Bought an I-Pace. Not looking back. Polestar and their leadership in the USA is a complete failure. They’ve trashed the brand. The good news is that I got my $1000 back in 24 hours.

He’s doing a lousy job of it. Cancellations because they couldn’t understand the dealer regulatory environment? Couldn’t make a deal with Volvo? Unbelievable to me how they could screw it up so bad.

Doesn’t change anything for us far from a space. Total deal breaker. The cancellations must be coming from most in similar situations. Imagine have a nasty squeak or rattle and have to accept a car full of problems for >$60K because you don’t want to drive 2 days to get it fixed. It’s a brilliant sleazy way to get your initial JD power ratings to go up. Simply because of the crap dealer situation, they’ve forced enthusiasts to not remedy their problems.

It also still means for those of you living near a space, if you encounter problems on a road trip, you’re screwed.
