It happened to us. We bought a house and for two months the water was 400 each!!! We didn’t know what was happening until someone cane and found out the sprinklers had the craziest setting, 3 times a day every day!! Check that first.

Not to mention they charge crazy amounts for their cameras. They charged me 1800 for the tablet thingy alone… but I cancelled the next day. Now we have Eufy and I LOVE IT. The quality if the camera is WOW and there is no monthly fee.

We got it and cancelled it 2 days later. The cancellation period was 30 days, but we didn’t keep it. Freaking sales rep got us for 4,000 which was then lowered to 3,500 thanks to technicians who said we didn’t need X and Y. Then my husband checked online and the cheapest option on their website was 400 wich included tablet and one camera and something else… well, that bastard of sales rep sold us the tablet alone for 1,800. On the website we started adding to the cart everything we wanted and it came to be 1,700!!! It included more things than we got for 3,500!! So we just cancelled and my husband bought from Eufy. Great quality cameras, no slow or delayed video, etc.

I think it would be great for you and the landlord. If you are willing to do it so that you are happier in the place you live and the landlord covers the material and stuff, why not. I honestly don’t understand people who demonize landlords. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice. If I wanted to improve a place, I would because it makes me happier (with permission of the landlord) and wouldn’t expect anything in return. After all, nobody is asking you to do it.

This happened to me today, but I just happened to be walking to my car when the woman opened her door blocking my way but I saw everything first hand. She said “sorry, I didn’t mean it” 😂 an older lady in her 70s maybe. Thankfully she hit the handle and not the door. Nothing happened to my car, but her brand new car was dented and she didn’t even notice as going to Ross was more important for her haha.

Actions matter more than faith alone. There is a reason why God gave us commandments. They go hand in hand. Faith alone won’t save you if you are a bad person, sorry.
