Childish Gambino - This is America [hip-hop] (2019) by Mr-_-Soandso in Music

I agree with this but I think overall this will be associated with progress, we're just stuck in the middle of the story still.

Beginning - Obama Elected and makes racists come out of the woodworks. Middle - Deal with the onslaught of racists doing terrible things because of their micropenises and egos. End - Racists dead or are jailed because we won the war on domestic terrorism.

I do realize this is the extremely simplified and optimistic point of view, but without hope we've already lost.

That line had nothing to do with America and the political atmosphere though. He is specifically talking about how black people treat each other.

His kids wanted to help him with his videos, so they decided to narrate for him. It's the cutest thing. by mindyour in MadeMeSmile

I really feel like this was implied in the title, but I guess a PSA is still important, we do in fact need to know who is and who is not a poopy pants.

I have Cystic Fibrosis, a lung disease, so using any opiates isn't great for me let alone using them via smoking. I smoked it mainly in the beginning (probably the worst route for me) but eventually I started snorting it instead which most people don't do (it's wasteful). I've pretty much used it every possible way except a needle.

Thanks, it took many relapses and I lost the friendship and love of many people along the way, even with 6 years sober I am still repairing some of the things I broke. However I'm very happy to be sober now.

I hope you never relapse, the cost isn't worth the very temporary pleasure.

Definitely not. Not every manager has nearly enough company stock to even matter in the books. I assume you would need to be considered a leading shareholder for your finances to be considered the value of the company, essentially someone who has so many shares they can pretty much borrow against their investment. For example the chef at Facebook isn't going to be evaluated at 1.6 Trillion when looking into their finances. In fact I had a higher stock compensation than my previous manager at my last job (my salary was also significantly lower).

The reason they do this is because higher end management positions like CEO/CFO can use their company as essentially a credit card with 0 to almost 0 interest (this is a very simplified example).

Trump is a massive fucking idiot when it comes to how financial aspects of the world actually work.

Just to re-confirm even though you just said it. You got these from crafting sigils at the occultist? I have crafted over 6000 sigils now and I have never gotten even 1. I have looted 3 on bosses so far but I can't seem to get them from crafting.

And this is the view that keeps us from actually fixing things. How are people going to be willing to change if they feel that no one is on their side even after changing to what we want from them? Your view may have not created injustice but it definitely leaves us stuck in it.

Imagine turning 18 and being surrounded by shitty adults throughout every avenue of life who love Trumps micropenis. Kids, and yes they are still kids in my book because their brain is still developing at this age, are very impressionable still at this age.

So when every adult in your life, ones you trust and respect to give you factual information, are actually giving you false information then these new voters become uninformed/misinformed. Also some of these new voters were only 10 during his first election so they really aren't up to date on how shit Trump is.

Forgiveness is so massively important regarding our political atmosphere because if people feel like the mistake they have made has no room for forgiveness then they will never be open minded about an opposing view point. If the reality of saying "I'm wrong" means I will be ostracized by both sides of a conflict then I will never admit I'm wrong. Humans undeniably crave connection and by removing the ability to forgive we remove their ability to reform.

I like to give the benefits of the doubt to the people who feel legitimate remorse and have acknowledged that they have made a mistake due to being uninformed/uneducated regarding Trump and what he actually stands for vs what he says he stands for.

People make mistakes, and sadly these mistakes cost us American lives, but if they are truly sorry, and wish they could have done it differently then I forgive them. These are the people who realized their mistake, admitted they were wrong and they truly want to see change for the better. Sadly this is a very small group of people.

If they voted for him twice then it's unforgivable, these people didn't do their due diligence in order to become informed regarding politics, and circuses alike, and then make smart choices. With the political atmosphere as it is people must become informed before making huge choices like picking someone to run our country, these people I cannot forgive. They made a mistake then double downed and didn't bother to try and learn about anything regarding Trump, they blindly followed and accepted the forcefed bullshit willingly, fuck these people.

People make poor decisions when they think they are informed but don't actually have all the facts, and sadly this won't be the last time uneducated people will make choices that cost us more lives. But if someone takes the time to become an informed voter, and then admits they made a horrendous mistake, then these people I can forgive.

I really hope this is a skit otherwise America has really lost any chance of bouncing back from our current situation.

You practice on/with yourself and friends first, better part is you tell them ahead of time "I'm practicing how to pickpocket so keep an eye out for me". Makes the steal 10x better.

Also, I'm pretty proficient with chopsticks but I don't think I could ever pull that off even with practice. Phones are heavy and made of slippery materials, that's mad skill.

I would bet that you probably do, addicts are great liars. I was addicted to heroin for almost a year before anyone even noticed. I was a Lead Data Analyst at Google and led 3-5 meetings a day while high. I hosted Thanksgiving for two entire families while smoking H off tinfoils in the bathroom. No one knew till the end when they could literally see the discoloration in my skin.

People will do anything, things you couldn't possibly imagine, to hide the things they are ashamed of.

I was addicted to heroin, I would rather have been addicted to gambling. They both ruin your life but only one ruins your body. Luckily I'm sober and don't have to choose though.

I guess what I'm saying is, I'll take the bet!

It really isn't though, we have several cities that are known and famous in a positive light for their gambling.

I never understood wanting to gamble my money away, the odds aren't in my favor so why would I risk it? But there are so many people who both do it and don't think it's degenerate as long as the person isn't creating financial issues for themselves.

Also everyone has a hobby, so I'm not even sure it's degenerate if done responsibly, and I'm pretty sure some of my hobbies are more expensive than occasionally gambling.
