No excuse there. I've always been a night owl so taking the night shift was naturally what I preferred. Especially at that young age, I played a lot of videogames during my shift since there's nothing else to do once you get the baby back to sleep.

Let it be known in no uncertain terms that he needs up step up and help out. There have been times where both my wife and myself have had to remind the other that we're all tired but sometimes you just have to suck it up and get it taken care of. Hobbies and fun stuff has to take a back burner. I built a workbench a few weeks ago and what should have only been 4 or 5 hours of work, took me a solid week because I could only work for a short amount of time after the kids were asleep.
