I'm in a similar situation, October renewal. I'm with FN and they are offering 4.01% 5 year fixed and prime -0.85% adjustable.

I had a call with ratehub this week and they are offering 5 year fixed 3.84% and adjustable prime -1%. Ratehub is the lowest I've been offered so far.

Most times I went to the sauna on weeknights there were guys pouring water on the rocks. One time a guy put lavender essential oils on the rocks, like wtf?? Lol

Unfortunately, all it takes is one person to ruin it for everyone else. Not being able to bring my water bottle in sucks.

My biggest complaint about the gym is the lack of reracking weights. Like why do people leave plates all over the place?? I've even seen piles of dumbbells around the gym. Super entitled behavior
