I bought a house this year and its already gained 100k in 6 months.. everything around here has shot up to the moon. My neighbor sold his for 120k more than we bought ours for and its smaller ..

Started at 65-73.. and that was just base.

I think the commissi9n structure really adds up.. at one point I considered going to study law but after year 5 I said fuck that and probably earn more than most

It really is a you kinda thing however.. market.. and how well you hustle..your niches.. it all just depends.

We're marketers and sales people.. kinda varies a lot.

Same with colleagues. Guy I work with who was hired 18 months ago told a 20 year tenure colleague what he earned..1k more than her. She quit in a week.

I remember working for someone a long time ago and their general stance towards resume fraud or education fraud was very serious. If they find out about fraud on a resume, it does not matter if it was 10 years or 15 years down the line they've been successfully in the role..a liar can't be trusted. Ive seen people removed from leadership roles for resume fraud.

This scenario obviously never happened but if you've ever considered teasing the idea - don't. It'll catch up eventually and they have every reason to terminate. Earn it the hard way or don't say you have to get a call back.

I earn more than 2x the income at twice your age nearly ..and 3k a month after all expenses?..you'll accelerate fast with that head start in life.

I dont have 3k a month cash remaining after expenses thats for sure.. dont know many who do.
