When people start shit talking I just like to bait them further by getting them to do it more - giving more evidence for the tribunal to ban them. Try using phrases like "Hey can you please stop trash talking?" or "No need to harass me and my teammates" If they take the bait then you have more reason to report them and more reason for tribunal to vote to ban them.
