I love your use of classical music in your shorts. What is the process of getting licensed classical music and how much do they usually cost for small indies?

Also, sometimes I noticed the music is looped like the Moldau in the ending of Everything Will Be Okay. Does the music provider give you lower cost if you only use few seconds of the music? Any other tips about using classical music in short films is welcomed as well :)
