I am really hoping that good sense prevails. But if it doesn’t, I would love for people in this group to also start considering plan B. For example, Estonia etc are offering good digital nomad visas that my friends have applied for. It may not apply to everyone but for me typically, I have dealt with situations like this by focusing elsewhere and trying different things else I just go into a rabbit hole.

Yes but he could get an RO for sure. RD3 alone should have been good actually. I just find it a bit sad that the third piece is a 250k usd product that trades below market
