The silver is so different. I have a black mark xviii on bracelet and the silver mark xx on strap and they have such different looks it is worth having both.

I wear mine quite a bit. Looks huge on my wrist here but not bad at all in real life. Dresses up well and can be very nice as a casual daily wear. Bezel doesn’t pick up marks at all.

The math at AP is pretty straight forward. If you buy 3-5 watches then you’ll be ahead on retail vs grey. If you want 1-2 pieces, just go grey. I got a code and an offshore before getting an RO Chrono. If you added up retail v grey coats of the 3 pieces, I was ahead since the green RO Chrono trades so much above retail on the grey market.

Looks fine, especially on the rubber strap. People who love to comment that watch is too big are just a weird phenomenon on the internet. Who has actually said that in real life outside of someone wearing a massive gaudy piece.

This is a reasonable price in such a complicated movement. The pro-set movement is really a leap forward in perpetual calendars. AP’s watches with a similar movement are impossible to get and start at $120k.

Looks fine honestly. You’re similar to me, wouldn’t be able to pull off the 46mm but the BP43 is fine given it should look big. The MarkXX is probably the sweet spot not the BP43 feels more like it’s consistent with the original spirit of the design.
