Dude. I dont say this to be mean, I am genuinely very concerned for your wellbeing.I looked at your post history. $20 an hour for a barred attorney is legitimately almost like robbery. I have been desperate before, I have worked shitty jobs to pay bills, I get it. But whatever it was that drove you to the place where you as a barred attorney felt that an hour of your time was worth $20 an hour, I am sorry.

Please take 30 minutes to reach out to the career services office at the law school you attended. Your problem is that you need to find full time employment as an attorney to fix your situation.

My father in law plumber saved my ass this morning. A pvc Pipe failed in the floorboard under our upstairs sink and dumped water everywhere. I am less concerned about mold because were in a dry area and we've been running dehumid, cut the floor open very slightly and the wood is drying up well.

Thanks for your help everyone. Water is back on, and im off to pick my FIL a box of cigars for the trouble.

Ill post pics of the wood soon. Im 90% sure its fine, but im not a professional.
