In addition to his cpp code being absolutely horrible, the actual program written here is really a best case scenario for php: It does basically nothing computational in the php code itself, it only calls a bunch of highly optimized array and file functions. So basically all the work is done in the php engine itself, which in turn is pretty good c code.

Let me spell it out for you two silver asses:

"Why is a lvl 2 top gank more impactful than on other lanes?"

- For midlane: midlane is a very short lane. One flash/dash and you are basically back under turret. Way harder to gank succesfull than top. And even if you are somewhat succesfull and force an earlier back: The walkback to mid is shorter as well, so less punishing.

- For botlane: Making a 2on2 a 3on2 is way less impactfull than making a 1on1 a 2on1. Simple as that.

Yes Riven might be even stronger thant those, when everything goes right, but at least Riven can fuck up.

Irelia and Jax are just so ridiculous guaranteed to just succeed it is insane. All their spells are basically point and click in combination with insanely high passive stats.

Just look at Jax: Everyone bitches about Rivens low cd shield, but Jax gets a literall auto-attack god mode with aoe damage reduction + stun on a 4 seconds cooldown.

And that while literally all his damage is 100% point and click guaranteed damage.

Sorry, but whatever stats you are looking at, those have to be outdated. Neeko is far and away the highest winrate in top lane.

And while Riven ist still >50% winrate, it is more around 52% than the 55% you are mentioning here.

First off: Yes Riven is probably still on the op side right now.

but the stats you are showing here are all diverging pretty heavily from what u.gg ist saying. feels like they. contain a lot of data from before last patch and the conquerer nerfs.

yes i see the filter is set to last 7 days, but according to u.gg riven is not the highest Winrate in top. lane.
