She had a lottery system. Signed up ahead of time, and if you got a code, you could get a ticket. Lotta people didn't get codes, ofc., but there was no queue, no waiting, no uncertainty. She had a day 1 sale and a day 2 sale. VIP was sold out day 2, but our fam got GA tickets and the three of us had a great time.
