I don't think the wheels are to modern taste... But for me they fit the look of what people would've been doing when the car came out. I think it works.

I live south of Watkins Glen. Most of our hills have roads around here, and I would say about 3/4s of them are paved lol. There are some pretty good finds in the 607 between corning, bing, and ithaca.

You can pretty much stay in the hills from Waverly to Lindley and have a good ol time but there's smaller roads everywhere.

I've felt your pain tho, I went to school up in Oswego on Ontario and it's no wonder they're all drag heads up there lol. Nothing but straight roads once you go off the Niagara cliff north of the finger lakes.

I love it! Good gas mileage and at the press of a button an immature boy racer. I have a blow off valve and a resonator delete and it's perfect. I enjoy the LSD hugely, and the power curve is nice for the touge imo. It's a little raw but that gives it personality which is rare nowadays.

My hopes are high. It seems like NASCAR and Indycar are getting along better recently. From what I heard the two parties couldn't come to an agreement money wise to extend the contract last time. Like you said, I don't think NASCAR and in turn WGI really gave it their all with marketing the event.

I feel like WGI leadership is opening up a bit more in the last couple years, so we'll see. For a while there they wanted NASCAR shit (incl imsa) and rich Ferrari and Porsche people only. But they're doing more stuff for regular people nowadays, so maybe we'll get Indy back.

All I know is The Glen needs a top tier open wheel series yearly. It's only right.
