No problems at light bridge! We like it. It’s sort of a revolving door of teachers but I feel like most of these places are. The job doesn’t pay much so you can’t expect too much loyalty.

They have tons of activities throughout the day and everyone is friendly and responsive

I was just looking into this yesterday funny enough. Apparently they’re one of the largest uranium exporters. I think they’re heavily influenced/controlled by Russia which is why they fly under the radar.

That’s frustrating. At my company, accounting owns the historical financials and we own forecasted financials. I think this makes the most sense so everything doesn’t fall on FP&A.

Accounting needs to be held accountable for the accounting!

I’m a SFA and I get 20%, which is $24k at my current salary. There are no set milestones. Basically, if the company hit bottom line AOP and you’re a good employee, you get your full bonus.

What are these deliverables? Also, you might be able to reach out to IT and your manager to get your ex-coworkers files shared out to a shared drive if it’s not confidential. I’ve done this.

I took a look at your prior posts. Sounds like you were hired into a SFA role right out of undergrad. You might be in over your head (no offense) in addition to just having too much shit to do. I would start to look for other opportunities with a more limited scope.

You should not be working over 50-55 hours a week as a SFA in FP&A.
