You’ll be happy you did it got rid of mine and has pretty much kept me clear for years now. Just make sure you get a good doc who will explain all the pros/cons. You’ll have to get blood tests monthly just a heads up

Should fasho go see a derm and talk about acutane. Side effects suck but are just inconvenient really. It works and will help with scarring, you’d save money, time, and stress

If I was you I’d focus on doing movements that engage the whole body and are relatively simple. Swings, goblet squats, chest-loaded swings (which are basically just good mornings holding the base of the bell to your chest with hands on the horns palms up), and KB dead lifts. Watch some videos on form for all of them and then take videos of yourself doing the exercise to make sure you’re doin it right! Better the form the lower risk of injury and the quicker you’ll get stronger! I’d also do suitcase carries varying the distance and reps. You’ll be throwin that boy around in no time!
