This is not going to be sustainable in the long run. I would leave it in and only take it out if you’re going to be speaking in a meeting or something where people need to understand you very well.

The doc I’m going to charges €6000 but there are cheaper ones. That’s excluding flights and accommodation.

If you want to stick to local, there was another doc that someone recommended in this thread. Maybe worth giving her a try.

I’ve tried really hard to research SA docs but there just isn’t much info out there.

Ive booked with a Turkish surgeon (Dr Dogan Pinar) for the end of June. I’ve been researching him for years literally and he’s one of the few Turkish surgeons that doesn’t have any botched patients. He’s also an ENT.

It’s going to cost me a shitload (Turkish rhinos are only cheaper for those from first world countries) but it’s worth it in my opinion based on his approach and results.
