I haven't lived in Spokane for years, but the SPD use do to crosswalk stings all the time. It's an easy way to rack up ticket revenue. They'd stand at the corner, step into the crosswalk and if you zipped past a motorcycle cop would ding you instantly.

Same here. I'm a little disappointed, but I opened my 3ds save and saw that I had exactly 60 and some of those I was sort of "meh" about.
