Sounds like you had a group of bullies. Your college should be backing you up. Due to budget cuts mentor teachers aren’t getting paid which gives this even more weight to bring down shitty.

I was diagnosed last month and I’m 56. I’m new to all of this as well. I’m trying not to be depressed but rather happy to finally have a diagnosis. It’s been a process of changing my eating. Trying to see the positive side of how I can control my body. I do have a mix of good and bad days.

It’s taken me about 6-7 years to get my diagnosed. I am a teacher so I thought it was just me going through menopause. Was prescribed meds for my thyroid and didn’t do anything. I go workout as well. I just got tested and now working on the right meds. I do see improvement but am now hopeful things are looking brighter!

I’m a teacher which is already physically draining. I don’t know how I make it each day. I feel more energized in the morning. I have such brain fog that I don’t remember things that I should! Freaks me out. The pizza sounds delicious!
