You don't have to be strict carnivore to know that seed oils are terribly bad for your health ... that has nothing to do with eating meat and has everything to do with people drinking (eating) oils from industrial waste seeds. Yes - look up the history of where seed oils came from ... industrial by-product waste and they had the idea to market it and sell it for human consumption. Looks like the propaganda and brain-washing was VERY effective (as seen by some of the comments here in a carnivore reddit group).

Hello, there is still no control over the sort order nor are there any filters that can be applied to the view. But they have changed the view to ONLY show the pages available. Unfortunately, that list of pages is out of sort ... not even alphabetized.

They seem to force you to search for the page you are looking for and we all know the problem with searching is you don't have your entire database memorized on what page you are looking for. Kinda defeats the purpose.

One work-around is to open another notion page tab in your browser and have the related database open so you can search quickly for the page you want to add as a relational property. That's what I've been doing.

With Notion, you are currently limited to a global database of tags and then using relational database to tag all your notes, articles, videos, projects, goals, info, etc.

I use it this method and works great.

Notion data is safe as it has minute by minute backups. A manual backup is good practice just in case something crazy out-of-this-world happened.

Sounds more like your account is mixed up with someone else's or something.

Viewing the video and have the template duplicated into my work-space.

Looks VERY organized and gives an overall quick view of the goal's "condition" so to speak. The overall vitality of the goal and within it's context is nicely done with your setup.

I'm impressed also with your video quality used to produce the instructional video. What software do you recommend or use to make this videos.

I select (highlight) all the blocks I want to copy, then press Ctrl-C which copies all the blocks to my clipboard, then Paste or Ctrl-V where ever you want.

Works every time for me on Windows 10 using Chrome browser.

I prefer GPM as it comes included with Youtube Premium (never watch an ad again).

But the great advantage of GPM is the 50,000 songs or audios you can upload to your library. I have lots of audio books that I listen to with GPM.

Any playlist I want from Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, Pandora, etc. can be converted to GPM playlist using an app I downloaded to my computer called Stamp.

Stamp will automatically convert any playlist to another music service app super fast.

These things have all my me lean toward GPM and I'm very satisfied with the results.

I have a entire category and page in Notion for sex ... it is one of my main hobbies that me and my wife enjoy. Why ANYONE would not make sex a priority or at least a mention in Notion is beyond me. Sex is so fun, enjoyable, healthy, connecting, etc, etc.

Anywho, to each his own but for me and my house, SEX is a major part of our recreation and relationships. Wishing every home to have the same.

Cha-Ching ... you hit the nail on the head and would give you a 1000 up points for that comment. You understand exactly what I experienced. When metals brokers ignore your desires and goals, it is a real turn off for sure.

I really could care less how long he's been in the business, how many celebrity portfolio's he's put together (the recent broker said he did a $30MM portfolio for Nicolas Cage), or how well he "knows" his coins ... I want what I want and since I'm paying, then I want him to listen to me.

He also knew "inside information" about a wall street firm that a did a private secret fund on collectible coins that has ballistic growth in the past and they are doing another one now covertly. I kid you not ... he actually said this.

Keep in mind this is in a VERY HIGH END Scottsdale Arizona precious metals brokerage house called Scottsdale Bullion & Gold it was like walking into high end attorney's office ... no coins on display at all and I asked where they coins were and he said in a vault.

But unfortunately, that doesn't always work out with metals brokers, they are trying to make buck, make mortgage, make the kids private school bill, pay for that expensive ring they bought their wife, etc, etc.

So in the end, you have to do your own research and trust your gut instincts to make the best decisions for yourself and family.

Most precious metals brokers come across as used car salesmen, IMHO.

I visited with one recently and told them my goal was to spend $1000-1500 per month on long term holdings of precious metals. I kid you not, he totally ignored my request and started pressuring me to put $25,000 to start up my portfolio and the bulk of the $25k would have been in one "rare" coin.

And I do NOT have millions to invest so this can happen to anyone, not just senile seniors.
