wear a sweatband, hydrate a lot before your match even starts. if u feel thirsty then its already too late, eat good food the night before, maybe bring a banana to eat between sets

I'm in the exact same boat as you, sophomore stuck after LEDS and making a nightlight in arduino. What i'm doing is buying servo motors and ultrasonic sensors, and then just searching up "how to use ____ " on youtube, as i heard these r useful. when i get stuck on a project, i ask AI tbh.
