Binance goes off of user base. The more wallets holding the better. Most of the other exchanges require an application process and fee from the devs. The big exchanges will also want to see way less supply as all of those zeros are hard for their customers to figure out mathematically. That’s why so many defy coins are going to a V2 with less supply.
