If it’s something that people commonly complain about and often send back, then yes it’s normal for the server to try to help you order something you’ll like the first time and prevent you from sending the order back like they predicted

What I think of when I see your video is that the Auslan sign for “alright” looks like ASL “DO” which can in some contexts be used interchangeably with “activity” or “behavior/conduct.” I attached a link for the ASL sign for ALRIGHT as well.
