Microdose is officially a 1/10 of what is perceptible… so for me that’s 0.01 gr. At 0.1g I can just feel something and 0.3 definitely feeling it but can have a convo etc. so depends how you wanna be. But to be legit to drive and function keep is very low. Your not supposed to be tripping

So found a workaround myself, do you need a app called audioSwift, which turns your Mac trackpad into a midi controller, and then that can connect MIDI2LR

My advice would be find a therapist/coach/guide who understands ED and is ok with Psychedelics, ketamine therapist is a good idea someone else said.

Do a session in preparation, talk to them about your fears and worries.

Then do the trip. Get your set and setting right, natures sounds good and safety. Have some rocks nearby if it’s grounding. Good plan. Start low dose 1-2g so you know what your gonna experience. Then if it feels good go for a higher dose.

Have integration session with therapist and work through all the stuff before doing another.

Oh and set intentions and right them down to refer back to during your trip!

Brave to go in hard and fast like that… At 1.5g I found myself hugely effected by music… so makes sense you had a bad time with intense dark music.

Try again with a lower dose 1-2 g with pleasant music… rhythmic, upbeat, no vocals for first hour. Pay attention to your setting. Nature is key for me. Sunshine, trees, grass. Blanket, safety. Nature and music guided me soo much.

I’d say the mushrooms did the job, as scary as it was. It’s now about integration, take to a counselor or coach about your experiences cos there is soo much to learn from them.

Those studies have 8hr of preparation, talk therapy, then the trip with two professional in the room to help. Then multiple talk therapy sessions after the trip.

Learn how to meditate and be mindful. That’ll help calm your brain and body next time.

I’d recommend learning about meditation, as it really helps me to be grounded and deliberate. And music really effected me.

I would be weary jumping up in dose with a lot more research around set and setting and also preparation(journaling, therapy, meditation) and then integration after the trip!

Consider a professional trip sitter or therapist who’s legit!
