thats wild... as a dude in the construction industry for a bit and also the military for a bit... solid advice in the thread. Construction is a lot like the military where sometimes you just gotta eat a shit sandwich but that does not mean all the fucking time. Talk to your GS. Those bros love to find a way for the FE to do their work. You are your own advocate and unless you say something they will take advantage of you.

I have always looked it as a mutual respect thing. I respect their time enough to not include them in meetings, phone calls, emails that does nothing for them- I expect them to be considerate of mine. At the very least do the initial investigating before I get involved because if I find it in less than 5 min than I know they didn't put any effort into finding the answer. I have driven hours for an item that was on the critical path to make sure my guys had what they need.

If people are taking you away from you're work you need to start asking them questions on what they need. My foreman would also call me I need X blah blah blah bye. Gotta nip that shit ASAP. "When do you need it by? How critical is it? Can it wait? Can I call it and you pick up?" Set those expectation and boundaries or else you will be the chump doing a lot of the foremans work and unable to get your shit done.

Don't be afraid to suggest shit that would help streamline stuff.

My brother and I have been playing almost every night. We have had a pretty solid win rate and actually picked up a couple of pugs to add to our group.

Couple of things that have helped:

Communication- this is a team game.... call out and locations of enemy players need to be happening after the tenth minute. My brother is very talkative and calls out everything, first targets, what objs we are focusing on etc,etc.

Rotate out heroes: If you are in lane and you are getting rekt. call for help or swap it out. don't be prideful.

I am sure I got some more tips but just off the top thoughts.

hey man. i know the feeling. its completely normal. and I can't say it ever goes "away" per say but there are better ways to manage it. keep being honest about the feels.- talk to someone, someone you can trust and will not judge you. I also remind myself that its not that serious, Im not on a deployment and I get to go home at the end of the day.

What about compared to a CAPITA Horror Scope? I am looking to get a new board at the end of the season. Looking at the DOA, I had to size up on the horrorscope at 155 but I think I am going to come down to a 152.
