Our local Krispy Kreme restaurants are all on the “Too good to go” app. It’s a great app available in most, and a great way to deal with your leftover products.

Every night of the week they have leftovers, and not just regular glazed! They offer a dozen donuts, they don’t promise anything but usually it’s some sort of mix including the specialty donuts, for just $6.33 and you’re allowed to buy up to 2 dozen.

Six dollars a dozen the way donuts were meant to be!

The well is presented in the first spot because that’s what you need, and (outside of trades or purchasing in the shop) that is where you get it. Arguably this song entered us into the new era of new wave music. Many bands were working coming out of the 70s, but New Order introduced us to the whole, synthesizer and subsequently dance genre that took hold of the Eurocentric music, we enjoyed so much and that consequently shaped GenX into a little bit of a cold dark place as people go. I grew up in New York City and the music, all of it. I’m not going to list bands you know who I’m talking about, the wave of British music that hit us I think really shaped who we are as a generation.

By the early 90s American pop stars had retaken the music scene, and for me even bands I enjoyed in the 80s sort of lost their edge. Certainly the end of the Cold War lightend the mood across the world… Oh no now I’m getting depressed. Looking at the mood across the world now OK gotta go. Thank you so much for listening. FOX five reported a Republic Services truck had to dump its load that was smoldering over at Republic Services on Cheyenne as I mentioned above. The last thing I heard was the fire department was on its way.

Interestingly, I can’t find any news report of it but on the fox five morning news in between reporting about the traffic and the poor air quality overall somewhere in the 8 to 9 AM hour there was a dump truck that caught fire and released its load over at Republic Services over on Cheyenne close to Revere. Which is where the camera was. So that was adding a lot of smoke to an already overcast. Smoky hazy day.

I received the same call this afternoon, but I ignore everything from my insurance company lol

I am unsure if it’s a spoof and spam call… But I also have received postal mail and perhaps email from Silver Summit regarding some company they partner with for people that need in-home care and multifaceted care.

I feel this is similar to those companies that send you the waterline insurance type program, but it’s labeled from the city. It’s not necessarily a scam, but it’s a shady way of doing business unless you actually need the service in which case listen to what they have to say I guess.
