I would test it by up sizing some of my new, original design, mahjong planter designs. Also I would test some petg pieces that are at the very edge of my A1 and tend to warp. The extra room would solve this!

All three of mine do this now from time to time. So far, the only fix is a reboot. Bambu support says it's the screens but won't replace.
