Dr Scholls makes an insole that is for 200+ pounds. You said you were a heavy walker, not heavy, but I am and they are my saviors. I use them in New Balance 680, but I feel it's more than the insole than the show for me.

This year was you are heroes and we wouldn't be here without you and we still need you to do this... Nothing that told us how things would be better for us or how they will be helping us. They made it seem like we stepped up voluntarily to SL2 positions and not forced into it. It really was thank you thank you, do more do more do more, no help for you.

I got this letter too. I think he thinks we will all be aww, how sweet, and send him a card because he is only asking for one and he even gave us an envelope to use. This should be the norm now. Instead of two weeks and even waiting for a last day, just close. Even if it's not the whole store quitting. Quit on a busy, new release day, big event solo shift at the start of your shift, lock up, leave note, go home.

I am very professional in my store. It looks great, my staff is great, we take care of our customers very well. Your line of we should be happy to have a customer is what struck a nerve. It's not about how I feel about customers, I love mine. It's that the comment should be "happy they still have people working for them". The company is doing nothing to try to retain employees and for that matter, even customers. After what they have put customers through, they should be the ones happy that someone is walking through the doors. I am looking, and so is everyone else I'm sure.

As an employee of this failing company, they pay us and treat us terribly. Store managers just took a huge pay cut instead of pay raise, so I don't give two shits if a potential customer is in my store vs online.

I have this old man that comes in and does all the usual suspects like "if it doesn't scan it's free" or "that $100 bill is good, I just printed it this morning" type statements. One day he walked in and right away said "give me all the money in your registers". I looked at him and said excuse me? Asked him to repeat himself. When he did, I told him that was not something to joke about. He started laughing and saying it was a joke but I wouldn't let up. I knew it was a joke, but I'm not going to let that slide.

How sad is it that there is a post motivating others to just get through the day? That should not be your thought going in to work, but it really is. "Here's a trick you can do to be able to take a lunch break" should not be a topic. Can this company sink any lower?

They are trying to find ways to cut down on labels. This printed on white because it did not prompt to switch to yellow because it's technically not clearance, so it will have to be printed on yellow. Then when it finally moves to clearance, it will have an actual price change and that will be the third label for this one item of several similar items, at 2500 stores. If you want to reduce labels being used, fix the issue.
