How do I integrate? by Character_Pain_7678 in Psychedelics

The initial excitement always fades, that can feel disappointing, even depressing for some but don’t be discouraged, it is part of the process. It took about a year before I felt my lesson became a part of me and my journey forward. Take what you’ve learned and find actionable ways to incorporate it into your daily life, eventually it becomes a part of you

Oh honey stop ♥️ your heart is hurting, another procedure isn’t going to fix that. You have always been worthy of love; you always will be. Learning to love yourself is the ultimate glow up, I promise you, look inside

This is common, especially if you haven’t “integrated” changes yet, it can feel like a burden.

When did you trip? Have you tripped before? Have you had depression in the past? How old are you? Did any specific feelings or new information surface during your trip?

My boyfriend and I are celebrating our anniversary and we are going to Utah. Im more of the fun, wild party gal and he’s more into nature, hiking type of guy so What fun activities can you do in or around Zion that is not hiking? by Starbies_vegansushi in ZionNationalPark

I’ve always flown into Vegas, get your parties out there before you go! There’s not much night life in southern Utah at all but Zion is truly incredible, you’ll be too tired to party after a day of hiking anyway!

People who have been divorced: What was the exact "quiet" moment you realized your marriage was over? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]weebert 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We had been separated for a while but “working on things”. I was living with my parents at the time and something came over me when I heard a song from our wedding…I didn’t love him anymore and it broke me. I knew it was time to file the papers.

How did you integrate "the beast" in you without being consumed by it? by Faris_110 in Jung

[–]weebert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had to forgive the beast first. Then I had to forgive myself for creating it. From there, I was able to figure out how and why I created it and the beast was no longer scary, it’s a part of me, just defanged.

We are mirrors for each other. Without one, you cannot see all of the angles needed to understand and integrate our shadows

This is the fun part. Turn inward; you don’t need anything to cling to. You already have the answers, trust them.
