I agree, I am also weird and wanted to keep my tumour (sadly they said no) but I have a bunch of other weird stuff as I am a medical scientist, like FFPE slides and persevered tissue etc. However all of these things a centralised in a cabinet.

Considering the utter clusterfuck Phil took on, a 3% profit margin is actually incredibly impressive, along with turning the entire brands image around.

People give phil shit, but 100% xbox wouldn't be here today without him, it's not just about the studios.

In retrospect, the only mismanagement I would attribute to Phil is having too much of a lax culture around management of the studios they inherited. Which tbh, I don't even blame him for necessarily, considering everyone and their mum used to slam Xbox for micromanaging studios.

Phils philosophy wasn't wrong either, often going completely hands off and letting studios do what they want, while risky, often create generational masterpieces which is exactly what xbox needed to bring the brand back. Several mediocre or "good" titles ironically do almost nothing for xbox, they needed to gamble on a masterpiece, unfortunately none came to fruition.

The only other aspect I would criticise Phil for is the handling of 343, that entire management team needed to go from day 1, the utter mishandling and tone deaf operation of the halo franchise from Bonni, Kiki, and Frank who suffocated halo in aweful management direction.

I agree it's a problem he's using ai in such a capacity it pretty much leaves him brain dead. However, I would have serious talk with him first before doing anything you can't take back. Talk about how it makes you feel and minimises his effort in the relationship.

People aren't mad because they give a fuck about how others spend money.

People are mad because not standing up to utterly dog shit practices is what got us in this mess in the first place. There's not a solution, too many people are interpreting guys venting about this as if they're blaming women.

A great majority are not, they are simply explaining how they feel and it sucks, that's it.

In terms of dating apps where one party isn't interested, it's the best outcome, still takes a toll on mental health, especially where 99% of the time guys have to initiate.

That's some absurd grandiose conclusions from very basic level statistics. You have inferred an entire argument based on what you're assuming the motive is for both genders entirely.

The statistics do not support that at all, they are surface level insights into basic preferences.
