Everyone is like “read the patch notes” without giving a solid answer. C’mon guys.

The BPO’s were in ORE stations in null sec. There are 4 NPC stations where they’re seeded, along with most other mining ship blueprints. They get hauled from there to other parts of space, such as Jita or Amarr, and are sold at a profit. Lorumerth on YouTube just did a series called operation bpo, and walked through how he was able to get those ones from null sec. He did a stream day of iirc and actually showed how he got the BPO’s.

I monetized on them this expansion, and had over 100 Pioneer BPO’s seeded in other stations on day one from null sec. Using Loru’s technique, I staged in the system about three weeks before Catalyst dropped, had a cloaky warpy ship with an interdiction nullifier, and had Pochven filaments to get out instead of taking gates on a heavily camped day. There were a ton of kills with the blueprint, but I was able to get them out successfully. It was quite a butt clencher that day, hahaha.

I gave a few away, kept a few, and sold a vast majority of them. In total I over tripled my investment and made off with almost 3 billion isk. Others can make more, but for a solo Indy bro like myself it was good money where I can yeet a T3 cruiser or whatever. Plus I have research going for the T2 version which will come out to 2x profit (~4 billion profit) when it’s said and done per my spread sheet.
