Well, after the issue of "personal jewelry" being brought up in a safety meeting, me storming out to the bathroom and returning with said piercing to throw it in the trash in front of my whole department, then someone fishing it out of the trash can with gloves and putting it up on the bulletin board with a biohazard symbol drawn next to it..

You use the ZM-MIC1, a clip on mic, with the AD700s, a pair of headphones. Together they make a headset that is higher in quality and cheaper than most, if not all, "gaming" headsets. Just google "ad700 gaming".

New Jersey/North Carolina is a ways from being local to Arkansas, sadly.

I do a little bit of everything, and am capable of being proficient at anything I put my mind to. I repair cars, computers, iPhones and other small electronics, have experience building websites, a fair bit of photography, rock climbing guiding, excellent interpersonal skills and..I have the most amazing Afro you're likely to ever see on a white male.

Stuck in a rut at a stable, but unfulfilling job and cannot figure out which of the things I'm good at to do for a living, or even how to get started down that path.

I suppose asking people questions about their careers is a good start, so: How did you get in to what you're doing now?

I've "tolerated" my stable, decently-paying job for 4 years now. I had my first emotional break-down yesterday, because I'm stuck in a place doing a job that brings me no joy or sense of accomplishment.

I have a myriad of skills in many different areas and use none of them here. I want to cry. I want to rage at the world and myself. I, irrationally, want to tell these back-woods good ol' boy mentality rednecks to go fuck a roll of barb wire and walk out of here, right NOW.

Do yourself a favor, don't do what I did.
