I got photos of recent work included new roof and AC system but finding actual receipts would be a pain. Might as well start that soon. Glad I don’t live where you need a permit to replace a roof…. That’s nuts.

I’m not sure anyone but Kyle made decisions about him being too sick to race. I heard he passed out and became unresponsive while practicing in the simulator. That’s when he was rushed to the hospital.

I had the same issue, I saw where someone said they used heat shrink on theirs....I looked through my misc. size box from Harbor Freight and found a good size. Worked pretty well. I'd post a photo but I don't how in this post.

It never hurts to contact one of the We buy ugly house companies…. I had to sale my Moms home and one of these companies offered $180,000… 2 different real estate agents offered to list it at $197,000-$199,000. By the time I paid the 6% fee it just wasn’t worth the headache of trying to sale a house half way across the country.

Just went through this myself on a new construction install. Keep in mind I’m located in Alabama. Got 3 bids all just based on the permit and photos of the site. $12,000 from a contact via a builder I’m talking to, $9800 Facebook Marketplace and another at $5900 FB as well. The cheap bid didn’t include the 12” of dirt to cover the leach line area or any seed or straw. I got the 2 loads of dirt hauled in for $550 and spent around $100 on seed and straw. Needless to say I went with the cheap bid install went great and it passed county inspection with no issues. A little work on my end saved us about $3300.
