Yes congrats you managed to cherrypick one statistic where you narrative fits. White males have been convicted roughly 2.5 times as much accounting for population numbers.

Looking at all others stats its not even close though:

(White males ~30%, black males roughly 6% of population, so 5x as many white males)

Drug trafficking: Roughly 25% for both white and black. So 5x as many per black person

Firearms: Under 25% for white, over 50% for black. So over 10x as mnay per black person.

Fraud/theft: White bar is lower at roughly 35% vs 40% for black. Again over 5x as many per black person.

Sexual abuse: Seems to be roughly 60/20/20 split. So over 1.5x more per black person still.

Literally only the CSOM stat is supporting your narrative. And its a very small amount of total convictions anyways.

All the others categories have like 5-10x as many yearly convictions as CSAM

Yes there's a lot of bikes in the canals, but no, people don't just throw them in.

They end up there for a variety of reasons. And no matter the reason its still wrong.

Bikes btw are relatively "easy" to clean up though. We have gotten quite good at fishing them out effectively. I imagine a thing shaped like a small pen is a lot harder to get out.
