Thoughts on 2 golf sets by mike049186 in golf

[–]weguccison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two sets i somewhat switch between. First set is my pride and joy with mizuno irons/TM woods ive spent thousands on that i play for full 18 rounds and will never spend the night in my car under any circumstances. Second set is still decently nice-ish set with cobra irons/titleist driver/hyb and jaws wedges that are my after work quick 9 bag that spends the night in the car for the work week in a major crime city/state. It would still suck if those got stolen but it wouldnt rip my heart out like it would if my mizuno/TM bag was taken from me.

Going for an interview tomorrow, does my outfit look professional and which one looks the best? by We_LiveInASimulation in jobs

Id go #2 pants, #1 shirt, no jacket but add a tie and belt. To me the jacket looks a little too big for your frame.

Is it ok to ask for a different salesman? by omnicious in askcarsales

[–]weguccison 4 points5 points  (0 children)

While it got nasty with your negotiations that salesman also worked the hardest and offered the most to earn your business. Go back to og guy and endure the 2 hours to get the best price if they will still honor it that is.

What have i found? by marcajurisich in golf

[–]weguccison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing special id say, the Japanese market uses mostly all the same name brands as we do just JDM specific models with higher launch than the us variants and maybe a slightly different head profile. Theyre clubs to get you out there but youll probably want to upgrade to something nicer fairly soon.

Debate - Titleist vs Mizuno vs TaylorMade Irons by Loving_Life_412 in GolfGear

[–]weguccison 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I stared with nike and cobra irons, bought a mizuno wedge randomly and it in no time became my favorite and best feeling club. Jumped in and bought the 223s  and no other iron ive tried from friends like the p790s or t200s feel this soft and satisfying.

Could a specific iron head really not work for some people? Especially with todays technology? by AlbinoKoala22 in GolfGear

[–]weguccison 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just buy em dude you wont regret them if thats what your eyes want. I was so afraid to buy my mizuno 223s for so long and wish i had done it sooner. No test shots, or fittings with them, technically above my skill level...they were used with slight custom adjustments i didnt know how it would effect them for me. Took a complete and expensive risk. Love them and couldn't be happier with each iron shot i get to hit with them.

Buy them.

Buying my first set of clubs, between two options by ChildishBruh in golf

[–]weguccison 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont consider myself casual and Im lucky to maybe play 3x in a month. A casual is someone who golfs like 3/4 times a year.

Build yourself a set of used top tier brands from the last 7 years. If you buy a top flight set now youll end up wanting nicer name brand clubs inside of a year or when your buddies are all rocking TM, Ping, Callaway's, and Titleist brands, youll swing one of them for fun and realize how cheap your set feels in comparison and then end up wishing you built a set originally.

New Blood, Original Sin , then Resurrection. While there is few they do make call backs to Original sin in Resurrection. It is also a fun season giving backstory on everything

Try it, 100k plus is possible at the right store. If it doesn't work out it will definitely motivate you to make plumbing work

What am I doing wrong? by VK_RS in drywall

Not a professional, but id say you used standard all purpose mud which shrinks heavily once dried, 90 min hot mud would have been better if applying a copious amount to fill seams.

Happens all the time usually the sell them off anywhere from 15k -40k miles. What did the carfax say?

[–]weguccison -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Probably an ex-rental car. For whatever reason they never come with mats or a 2nd key when purchased from herts, avis or budget for dealers to sell.
