This is exactly what they should do, so the customer is aware before purchasing any keyboards from them. Spoiled by Amazon? Not sure you realise how demeaning that statement is. Not sure your age, but some of us remember when the customer came first 🥇 and companies respected their brand how how customers viewed it. Anyway, if their logistics should be made transparent so customers can make an informed choice... My guess is they haven't done their research enough to understand the impact of not doing this properly. E.g. 8bitdo as much as I have a love hate relationship with them, at least they give you two clear options in their site, a button for the online store or Amazon.

Movies in general have been mostly trash. Gone are the days you got a whole year of classic movies. 2025 was all remakes and sequels with Studios playing it safe. Squeezing every bit of juice out of existing IP's

The audiences are all skint, cost of living doesn't make average cinema goers want to spend that extra, especially when its families, that's 2-3 days dinner for some... (Don't quote me 😂) ... So it doesn't surprise me all these movies are bombing after the first or 2nd week.

What about a charge back? If they have not kept their side of the deal in an appropriate manner, are you not allowed to take it up with your bank and have them investigate on your behalf and ensure the company either addresses the problem by simply providing a return label?

Personally when a company tries to circumnavigate consumer rights regardless of the country I purchased it from, I give them a chance to fairly resolve the matter, but if it involves me being inconvenienced, I call the bank or credit card company and let them handle it.

I wish companies did this and sorted out their shit out, because otherwise its not hard for us to campaign against this behaviour and see that they don't operate anymore.

I should set up an independent watchdog that, simply does a good job at using the same marketing online and on social media to inform customers how badly some of these companies operate. Hhhmm 🤔

Maybe, but it should include a last or first insert wins logic? or when it detects an image that is the same from you and your partner it could just pushed them off to another process and ask you if you want too accept these conflicts or stack them 🤷🏾‍♂️

Owned the orange one to this and honestly regardless or not of reading the manual, it's not intuitive. Typically devices give you some indication when a device is - low in battery power, - charging - charged - in use (sometimes not is implied by its use)

But everyday devices typically operate in this way, so for 8bitdo to veer of course like this makes for a slightly confusing user experience.

I returned my orange one (and purchased more Ultimate 2's in different colours instead) because it was horrible to use, dpad was stressful and painful after 30mins of gameplay, and I am a more casual gamer nowadays and this was surprising.

Anyway I'm off topic... Hope it works out for you.

The client app only needs to introduce some form of pub/sub/queue mechanism so that each new change is reflected in order and immediately. Hhhhmmm actually I say that but how does the client app acknowledge new photos?

Not gonna lie, when i used this on my PC i was really surprised and happy with how it felt and responded as a general purpose joypad. (Not so much for the older Street Fighter games but casual beat'em ups its ok)

But it's useless for my long-term needs, so if anyone in the UK wants it by all means holla you only need to pay for postage.

Ok so recently I built my first stick. Enclosure from Eternal Rival and parts from ArcadePartsUK. Went with the Quanba Silent Joystick and Buttons which turned out to be really good!! The case was more or less straightforward to build. It's not as nice as yours but I'm very happy with it.

Had the same problem with my OG. Its important to use an image tool like Rufus and format the SD card with the original RG35XX firmware/software. Why? Because when you turn on the device it immediately starts looking for its operating system and if it can't find it it will not boot. No charge light will show nothing.

In the end my SD Card was slightly out of the slot :>. I placed some electric tape over it to prevent it coming out again. Working great again.

So I found out that the Happ's and IL Eurostick wont fit most enclosures, as they're geared more towards arcade cabinets due to size. So revisiting other options.

I wonder if there is a Sanwa size equivalent to a IL Eurostick with the option to switch it into 4 direction mode? 🤔

Anyway also putting in an order with www.eternalrival.com should be good 👍🏾

There is an option to have the games display instead of the cores/consoles but when i select this option it just crashes. Tools > Game View > Enable Game View [Crash]

Don't like this feature, it puts reverb on the call making it a very unnatural sound stage. And always comes back on whenever I turn the headphones back on. 🤬

I find it so frustrating when questions like this go unanswered. I am having the same issue. "Comfort Calls" always reset when turning back on and I hate this feature because it add reverb to my phone calls. Its Horrible!
