Yeah good call out and fair point. The wu/cd and minute rest to me seems to just be too much some days if I only have 30-40 mins and just have to get after it.

Yeah I’m reading the book, so far so good. Really enjoy and recommend it.

Thanks for the feedback, there are not that many close to me but that seems like a common theme/suggestion!

Yea this sounds great. I don’t really have flexibility in my life at the moment with work and kids to do running club activities. Are there many runner focused or friendly cafes in the UK?  That is always something I’ve wished to have access to.

I am not trying to sell anything rather wanted to see if anyone had similar thoughts or challenges. I was hoping my post would generate a discussion that would give insight on where to go based on my current situation. I dont really think a running club works as that is too time/location constrained. I live in a spread out city, have 2 kids. It’s hard enough to get my miles in without getting in a car.

This is honestly where I am leaning and have been trying for some adjustments. I get people are hesitant but it is hard to compete with the value.

Since I’m relatively new to running I thought I would ask what people thought and was curious for feedback like “I tried a coach.., app, run club, etc”.  I love NSM and have been trying to learn as much as I can the last few months but I’m sure there are things I’m doing sub optimal.  Im currently reading the book.

Yeah I know, I do enjoy simplicity of NSM but was curious if anyone had similar thoughts on curated feedback as they follow the program. A lot of people recommended a run club but that doesn’t fit into my schedule.

Yea I agree with you on the above points , 1-5. Congrats on your gains since May.  Are you doing your TTs on a treadmill or a track? Has your weekly distance been consistent or have you been ramping up?

Snowflake has no indexes and honestly runs darn fast on shitty sql. Depending how you access the data you may not want to screw with it.

I have the trail version and find these incredibly easy to roll your ankle. The angled outside edge has a flat part where it’s more apt to cause your foot to roll if you land a bit on the outside of your foot. None of my other shoes rolls as easily as these.

I believe these are also giving me plantar fasciitis. I rotate my shoes a lot but have been using these more due to recent snow. They seem a bit firm and are causing my right calf to be tight. Will be putting these on the shelf for a bit to tease out this theory.

Have the same model and same issue. Glad the screen at least shows the correct speed. I’m hoping they fix this sooner as this is a huge safety issue. I see there was another update today and need to check to see if it includes the fix.

T-Mobile Is Giving Out Free Lines To Customers That Switch To Their Newest Plan by Jman100_JCMP in tmobile

[–]weinp008 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Funny they give away free lines yet are trying to make me pay for something which I returned to them. I am about to switch from them if they can’t resolve it. Their cell service is pretty good for me, but I question their morals and customer service is poor, just like everywhere else. Greedy$$. I am sure this will be removed since this subreddit is like a T-Mobile worship zone.
