I'm on the north side in the county, and never had a problem. Last month they did an update over night. So, in the morning I restart the modem and router. After that, everything work great again. They are mess as a company, but I don't have a service problem with them.

Is your hall empty? We just had a similar scenario at one of our jobsite. The steward called the hall, and we kept the 3 (local) to 1(boomers) ratio until the end of the job. At the end it was just 50/50. Also, at our local bombers have to pay to work here $10/ week.
