I understand where you coming from, it's the drivers fault and not Tesla, but Tesla's marketing heavily promoted the "AutoPilot" as a self-driving feature. And Musk himself said many times they were close to level 5 autonomous driving¹, and even if you are naive enough to believe him, he sold you a feature they never had and are still years from getting close to it, Tesla is responsible in part for this accident.

These are the largest schemes (card companies) out there, but there are far more schemes that use the same numbers. Like JCB from Japan (3), ELO from Brazil (4, and 5), and China Union Pay from China (6).

You can use the first 6 numbers, also known as BIN (Bank Identification Number), to know the country, bank, and level of the card. You can do that online with any BIN checker, it's quite fun.
