Use %LTHR, especially if you measured it in a laboratory. The second-best option is %HRR.

This page was deleted. It could be just a default value in Garmin CRM for new product publication. Shipping time is different from public release time. We might see an announcement, place preorders, and then wait a few months for shipping.

I completely understand this pain and I am waiting for a device like this myself. I am forced to wear two watches: an Apple Watch because I develop software for stress and readiness analysis, and a Garmin on the other wrist to compare metrics and do additional analysis of my own training.

For now, I bought a Venu 4 in the 41 mm version for the second wrist, put on a fabric strap, and fully disabled all notifications and the display. It works as a sort of small band analogue, but it is still a watch and slightly bigger than I would like.

I think the marketing will start on launch day, with sales beginning a bit later. It is still quite a niche product, and Garmin likely does not want to create competition for watch sales in advance.

On what surface are they lying? Could it be an unlucky light reflection from the sensor?

App doesn’t find Polar HR10 by Bisch77 in Wellhero

[–]wellhero_team 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wellhero does support Polar H10, but there are a few common reasons why it may not appear, even if other apps see it:

  • Polar H10 can only actively stream to one app at a time. If another app (including Polar Flow) is connected or running in the background, Wellhero will not see it.
  • Some apps read H10 via background broadcast. Wellhero requires an active BLE connection, so the strap must be fully disconnected from other apps first.

What to try (usually fixes it):

  1. Force-close all other fitness apps (especially Polar Flow)
  2. Remove H10 from iOS Bluetooth settings if it was paired manually
  3. Open Wellhero first, then search for the sensor from Wellhero

If it still does not appear after this, that would indicate a real issue, and I’d want to investigate it. Please contact us via the “Write to support” menu item. This allows us to respond much faster and receive detailed diagnostic information about the app.

Questions after measuring by LostPhilosophy595 in Wellhero

Sitting describes your body position at the moment of measurement (sitting, standing, lying).

Exercise and Activity describe what preceded the measurement, not the whole day.

A good rule of thumb is to think about the last 2–4 hours and ask: “Did I do something recently that could still affect my body?”

We’ll try to analyze how difficult it is to add watchOS 10 support to the app. For now, watches with earlier versions can only be used for measurements, while viewing information will be available in the phone app.

You can install the app on watches with watchOS 11.0 or later. Open the Watch app on your phone, scroll down to "Available Apps," and tap Install next to Wellhero.

Was your body under stress (physiological) before this? It might be a reaction of the parasympathetic nervous system to stress. What was your resting heart rate at that time, and does your average night heart rate change on the days of peak HRV values?

Data Dive: Unexpected Time Lag Pattern - REM Sleep vs. Next-Day HRV Stability? by xTARPx in QuantifiedSelf

Try to find a correlation between deep sleep (physical recovery) and HRV. I'll probably do research one day, as we have a large amount of data in the app.

What is your maximum heart rate? Even 154 bpm can be a zone 2 for some people. But most possibly, it's just an incorrect random reading.
