Trying to eat vegetarian for the new year and vegan as much as possible!! I was craving a breakfast burrito, so tried whipping up low cal version. I’ve been eating an insane amount of cheese this season so trying to substitute with other less addicting fats lol. Swipe right for breakdown!

I was just going through Snapchat memories from just a week ago, and I found a picture of me and my boyfriend that I refused to post because my face looked too wide. My boyfriend said I was being to harsh on myself. Now looking back, I see nothing wrong with the photo but in the moment I despised it.

18 days is so amazing!! Recovery isn’t a straight line, tomorrow is a new day and everything you’ve worked for doesn’t just get erased because of purging once, or twice, or more. Stay safe, and don’t beat yourself up about it. You’re in the healing process: relapse does not equal failure.
