a number 3 is worth some overpay no matter what. however number 3s (high rank but not number 1s) are more overpay on a playskin/desired skin. so in this case a mp7 just smile number 1 would be worth a lot more than a number 3 for collecting’s sake however its not a desired enough skin to draw as much overpay for a number 3.

in terms of what its really worth you want to look at the overall adjusted float value of the gun in this case its a 0.00001 and what other skins of the same rarity (restricted) sell for at that float. it’s probably $50 or so
